Delivery & Downloads
To download the product, simply check your email and click the download link or click the "Download Files" button located after checkout.
If you are on a mobile device, such as an iPhone, copy and paste the download link into Safari and download it there. Once downloaded, open the "Downloads" section on safari and then save it to your iPhones "files."
For Android users, it is much easier. Simply download it and then access it from your phones files section.
A typical product bundle contains:
- The main PLR file
- PDF versions
- Plain text (.txt) versions for easy copy-pasting
- Images and graphic assets
- Any other assets relevant to the product
For most products, no. You'll typically be able to open everything with software you already have:
- PDFs - any PDF reader (most browsers can open them too)
- .txt files - any text editor
- Word docs (.docx) - Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any free alternative like LibreOffice
- Images - your device's built-in photo viewer
First, check your spam or promotions folder for the confirmation email. If it's not there, try logging into your account and downloading directly from your order history. Still stuck? Email us at support@plrarchive.com with your order number and we'll get a fresh download link to you quickly.
Payment & Refunds
All major credit and debit cards, plus other methods supported by our payment provider at checkout.
Yes. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers using industry-standard encryption. We never see or store your card details.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you agree to begin the download immediately and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
That said, you can request a refund if:
- The file is corrupted or won't open
- The product doesn't match its description
- The download fails due to a fault on our side
