Refund policy

1. Digital Products — All Sales Are Final
We sell digital products that are delivered electronically and downloaded immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been made available to you.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that:
- Your digital product will be made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed; and
- You acknowledge that, by requesting immediate access, you lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
This consent is collected at checkout before payment is processed.
2. Exceptions — When You Are Entitled to a Refund
The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You are entitled to a refund or a working replacement in the following cases:
- The product is defective — for example, the file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open.
- The product does not match its description — what you received is materially different from what was advertised on the product page.
- The download fails due to a technical fault on our side and we are unable to provide access within a reasonable time.
3. How to Request a Refund
If one of the situations above applies, contact us at support@plrarchive.com within 14 days of your purchase, and include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Where applicable, screenshots or other evidence of the problem
We will review your request and respond within 14 days of receiving it. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. What Is Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the download has begun
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Lack of compatibility with your software or device, where compatibility requirements were stated on the product page
- Issues caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorised distribution of the product
5. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any associated licences.
